Analog Mammography:

QC Kit Roland MX - Our QC Kit including all necessary measuring instruments for Constancy Tests at mammographic X-ray equipment according to DIN EN 61223-3-2, EPQC (EUREF), DIN V 6868-152, DIN 6868-7.  
The QC Kit Roland MX consists of the following system components:


  • Mammography phantom Mammo-152,
    Dimensions: 180 mm x 240 mm 

          -  6 mm PMMA plate
             resolution tests horizontal and vertical, 8, 10, 13, 16 lp/mm, 

             low contrast objects

             bore holes, 5.5 mm
             diameter, depths from 0.10 to 0.40, area of increased
             radiation attenuation and 2 rows of five steel balls for
             checking the loss information close to the chest wall

         -  20 mm PMMA plate

         -  40 mm PMMA plate, consisting of 2 x 20 mm plates

         -  Coverplate for free areas to expose the Sensitometer stepwedge

         -  Foam material cuboid for checking the compression pressure

 

  • Electronic Dosimeter DOSIMAX plus, basic unit
  • Solid state detector RQX for mammographic X-ray equipment 
  • Magnifiying Glas (8-fold) 
  • Carrying Case for Mammo, type RM-1


Accessories to DIN 6868-7:


  • Test Device FFA 4090 M for mammography according to ISO 4090
    for checking the film-screen contact in mammography
    Dimensions: L 31.5 / W 25.5 / H 0.7
    (40 metal wires/inch, 1.5 wires/mm)
  • Mammo AT phantom
    Anthropomorphic tissue equivalent phantom.
    The outer cover is simulating fatty tissue and the objects
    are simulating micro calcifications and
    fibrous calcifications in ducts and tumor masses
    in glandular tissue
  • Mammography step wedge, 21 steps (Al)
  • Aluminium attenuator set
    Dimensions: 100 x 100 mm each
    Purity of Al: >= 99.99 %
    Inaccuracy of thickness: +/- 10 %

    Mammography set consisting of
    7 filter plates of 0.1 mm Al

    for checking the compression pressure
